The City of Cochran Zoning Committee will meet on Thursday, September 12, 2019 @ 6:30 P.M located at the Community House at 192 South Third Street.

The following items are on the Zoning Committee Agenda:

The Zoning Committee has four items on the Agenda:

1. Public Hearing to consider recommending an amendment to the existing City Zoning Ordinance to add an Article 1X for "Conditional Uses", and to provide for a conditional use for a Day Care Center in the R-2 Zoning District. 
2. Public Hearing to consider recommending a "conditional use" application from Mrs.Vanessa Lawson to allow a day care at 199 Marin Luther King Jr. Drive.
3. Public Hearing to consider recommending an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to add a permitted use to the C-2 zoning district to allow for solar panel installations.
4. Discussion of Zoning Ordinance Update.
